No refunds

You get immediate access to the full course when you enrol, so purchases are not refundable. Before you buy, you can try Module 1, the pricing and markdowns module, and the Kmart and Zara case files for free, and play the demos on our home page.

Payment problems

If you were charged twice, or charged but can't access the course, email support@retailbuyingschool.com with the email address you used and we'll sort it out.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.
